Octane Rep & Ride

Starts April 3rd - Bodyworks is proud to announce the launch of a new program in our group training lineup: Octane Rep and Ride. Beginning April 3rd, Octane Rep & Ride sessions will be at our 4th Street location on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:45 PM.

Octane Rep & Core is a 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training cardio session that is coached by one of our certified Octane trainers. This cardio session will have you burning loads of fat and calories by using spin bikes to pump up your heart rate and some core stations to strengthen and sculpt your mid-section!

Rep and Ride sessions will burn lots of calories, and leave you sweaty yet exhilarated!! Spin bikes are used for great cardio while also being joint-friendly and your core stations on the floor will challenge you without a lot of impact.
