Beginning in April - Bodyworks is proud to announce to new class format to our dynamic schedule: STRONG by Zumba™. In April, Bodyworks will be offering this new format during the following times:
- 34th Street
- Tuesdays at 10:00 AM with Brandi
- Wednesdays at 5:30 PM with Rosa / Brandi
- Thursdays at 5:15 AM with Rosa or 7:00 PM with Lupe
- 4th Street
- Wednesdays at 8:10 PM with Lupe
STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don't just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other.
This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.
