INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.

Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy. Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age/fitness level.

Look out kids…it’s about to get Krazzzzy!  Check out our new Saturday morning combination class.  Krazy Kombo may start on the basketball court, but our instructors will take you around the world! 

MMA is the opportunity to put it all together in an advanced class setting. This session will be full of ¬fighters. Mouth guards, hand wraps, MMA gloves and a cup are required, as this will not be a “pretend” class... It’s for real!

Octane Rep & Ride

Octane Rep & Core is a 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training cardio session that is coached by one of our certified Octane trainers. This cardio session will have you burning loads of fat and calories by using spin bikes to pump up your heart rate and some core stations to strengthen and sculpt your mid-section!

Rep and Ride sessions will burn lots of calories, and leave you sweaty yet exhilarated!! Spin bikes are used for great cardio while also being joint-friendly and your core stations on the floor will challenge you without a lot of impact.

This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.  In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. 

PIYO is a unique blend of strength training and core conditioning – a perfect combination of Pilates and Yoga set to vibrant music. It is all about energy, power and rhythm. This is unlike anything you’ve ever done before. If there is one class that can change your body – THIS IS IT!
