Train like an athlete for 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, that works all the way from your shoulders to your hips and will improve your athletic performance, help relieve back pain, and give you ripped abs! You'll be coached by our trained trainers and motivated music to guide you through the functional training. You'll be using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform and you'll be challenged like never before!

INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.

Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy. Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age/fitness level.

Look out kids…it’s about to get Krazzzzy!  Check out our new Saturday morning combination class.  Krazy Kombo may start on the basketball court, but our instructors will take you around the world!
