Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt - A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

Boxing Fitness is a high-intensity, group training session that combines cardio, strength and toning into a one-hour, full-body workout. These classes are focused on pure fitness training, with no martial arts training involved.

Boxing Fitness is only available at our 34th Street location. To participate in these sessions, a group training membership or a boxing fitness punchcard is required. Also, individual sessions can be purchased at the 34th Street front desk.

Core Challenge - a strong core leads to a strong body, better posture, and in general better self awareness! Work your way through various strengthening exercises for the abdominals, back and hips, all to help midsection stability and strength. 20 – 25 minutes in length.

Everyone knows the best part of school is recess! Come play with us on the court. Our fun coaches will have you pumped about P.E. as you play extreme games with everything from obstacle courses to relays; this class will take you to the extreme. Extreme games makes extreme fun!
This class is designed for those interested in getting into “fighting” condition. Training includes heavy bags, focus mitts, shadow boxing, pushups, abdominal work, plyometric training, resistance exercises and much more. Hand wraps and gloves are required. Caution: drink plenty of water throughout the day prior to attending class.

This high-energy class uses a variety of games and sports to depending on the ages of the children there.  No matter what, you can be sure that your little ones will be running, jumping, playing and having fun!  The emphasis in this class is FUN! 

 

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a high-impact cardio workout like nothing else. Designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is an intense 30-minute team training session that will blast all major muscle groups and take your training to the next level using weight plates and the bench!

BLAST OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses the Step in highly affective,  athletic ways. Group Blast will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!
