Take 30 minutes to stegthen, tone and define all the muscles of your lower body - legs, gluts, hips, and the smaller stabilizing muscles. Using free weights, barbells, resistance tubing, and resistance balls you'll work your way into a new you. Great for someone looking for a quick weighted workout for the lower body.
